A charming cottage on a rise near the grassy commons of Bella Beach, only a couple of minutes' stroll from the shore, Isabella looks like a quaint, shingle-clad bungalow from another era. A porch spans the front of the house, overlooking the central park of the neighborhood, with classic cedar garden furniture that beckons you to sit and watch the world go by. Cross the broad porch, open the French door, and prepare to be surprised! The spacious great room, with its tongue-and-groove whitewashed vaulted ceiling and smooth hardwood floor invites you: come in, put your feet up and relax!

living and dining room
Comfortable seating clusters around a fine, handwoven Tibetan rug, before the gas fireplace and media center with satellite tv, dvd player and stereo sound. The coffee table is a great place for pizza before the fire, a game of Scrabble on a quiet evening, or a movie before bedtime. The sofa folds out into a comfy deep mattress sleeper for extra guests. You will love the dining area with its charming bay window and huge, sturdy dining table, perfect for family dinners large and small, or spreading out with newspaper and coffee on a lazy morning.

kitchen
Designed and equipped to satisfy the most demanding home chef, it features butcherblock counters, dinnerware and stainless for 12, a Kitchenaid food processor, Emerilware by All-Clad cookware....and a beautiful professional Viking range and hood. (Not to mention the microwave, waffle iron, salad spinner, cedar planks, toaster oven, hand mixer and more!) The Oregon coast is home to some of the freshest, most abundant seafood on the planet, and you will find notes at Isabella guiding you to some of our favorite sources, along with cookbooks if you are looking for extra culinary inspiration. We have tried to provide for whatever tools you might need to create the most modest snack, or most elaborate feast--you bring your appetites, and the food!

laundry
Directly off the kitchen is a fully equipped laundry and mudroom, with a roomy sink for bathing your puppy after a day of play in the sand, and a washer, dryer, iron and board for YOUR use!

master suite
The master suite features a comfortable upholstered headboard and king sized pillowtop Chattam and Wells mattress. With high thread count sheets, feather down pillows and a luscious down comforter it, truly, is like sleeping amidst the clouds. Luxuriate in bed while you watch satellite tv, or watch your favorite movies on the dvd player or VCR. The master bath is a pleasure--smooth hardwood underfoot, an appealing pedestal sink, white subway tile, and ample cabinets, towel bars and robe hooks for modern convenience with an aura of timeless charm. Showering is a soothing pleasure with the gentle, thorough downpour rain head; towel off with our white cotton spa towels, fresh and thirsty, and feel free to use the hair dryer we have left for you. A set of French doors opens from the master bedroom onto the quaint back courtyard, where mossy pavers edged by native shore pines create a perfect setting for morning coffee or, later, use the propane Weber grill for an afternoon bbq.

second bedroom
Fresh white high-thread-count linens by Peacock Alley, a fluffy down comforter and luxurious featherdown pillows set the tone of the fresh, comfortable second bedroom. A queen size Beautyrest mattress, small writing desk and subtle nautical touches make this room a pleasure for our guests of all ages. We have included a small radio and cd player for the music lover, so bring your favorite sounds! And the second bathroom--with its sunny yellow walls and fresh awning striped shower curtain, appointed with pedestal sink, first-class fixtures and plenty of fresh, thick white spa grade towels, is a pleasure to use.

outdoor living
The back yard is a quaint, cobbled space lined with shore pines, a small lawn, and whatever else the gardener has dreamed up. Equipped with cedar dining table and chairs and a propane grill, it's a perfect spot for outdoor entertaining--cooking up the catch of the day, or just enjoying your morning coffee. A short stroll brings you to the entrance to the beach, and 6 miles of sandy, uninterrupted shore.
